Enables users to record messages from callers for calls that are not answered within a specified number of rings or when busy. Access voicemail from other pre-defined phone numbers (aliases) or from any phone worldwide, load personalised greetings and forward voicemails to an email address

Call Forward Unreachable

Allows users to redirect incoming calls to a configurable destination when the user’s device is unreachable or unregistered

Call Return

Enables a user to call the last party that called. To call back the last party that called, the user dials a recall feature access code. The system stores the number of the last party that called and attempts to connect the user to that party. This service also allows the user to delete the last incoming number using a feature access code

Speed Dials

Allows the user to place a call by pressing a reduced number of keys. This function is particularly useful for phone users who dial certain numbers on a regular basis

3 Way Calling

Enables a user to make a three-way call with two other parties, whereby all parties can communicate with each other

Anonymous Call Rejection

Enables a user to reject calls from anonymous parties who have explicitly restricted their identities. By activating the service, callers who have restricted their identities are informed that the user is not accepting calls from restricted callers. The user’s phone does not ring and the user does not see or hear any indication of the attempted call

Call Forwarding Options (Always/Busy/No Answer)

Allows an incoming call to a called party to be redirected to a third party. For example, the third party may be a mobile telephone, voicemail box or other telephone number where the desired called party is situated

Caller ID

Presents your caller ID when you call someone who has a phone with a screen

Call Hold

Enables you to put a caller on hold while a second call is answered

Call Waiting

Enables a user to answer a call while already engaged in a call

Call Name Delivery

Other VFX customers present their name details when phoning you if you have a phone with a screen

Do Not Disturb

Automatically forward your calls to your Voicemail; caller hears a busy tone

Last Number Redial

Allows you to automatically redial the last party you called from your telephone
