Migration to Xport Portal
When: From Monday 14th April 2014 all MyVFX users will be migrated to WXC’s Xport Portal
Why: Xport enables users to carry out a variety of functions meaning one place to configure both Voice and Data services.
What: Users accessing the portal for the first time will be prompted to setup alpha-numeric passwords. DOB, email and cell-phone fields will also become compulsory. This increased level of security is built to protect users. Underlying this entire migration is a dedication to increased customer security. We believe this level of security is absolute necessary to protect our customers.
